The Construction Resources seminar room is available for hire for seminars and functions, conveniently located in Central London at our building near London Bridge in Southwark. There is also a room available for practical demonstrations and workshops.
The seminar room holds up to 45 people seated and the demonstration room can hold 45 people standing. Both rooms can be hired for a half or full day.
Cost for half day £150 +VAT
Cost for full day £250 +VAT
Video Projector and Laptop £20 +VAT
Discounts are available for charities and non-profit organisations.
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of hire
cost+VAT, completed booking form and written request on letterhead paper.
A slide projector, flip chart and overhead projector are available on request
for use at no additional charge.
Full catering is not available from Construction Resources but outside caterers can use our kitchen facilities if required. Construction Resources can offer tea, coffee and biscuits from £1.50 per serving including VAT.
Please note: photocopying facilities are very limited, so please advise speakers that we cannot run large numbers of copies on the day.
