The chosen finish, either coarse (textured) or smooth, has a distinctive effect on the overall colour of a wall of Tierrafino clay plaster. Generally speaking, a smooth trowelled surface will show a deeper colour, therefore seeming darker than a wall finished with only a sponge to create a textured effect. The colours shown here display various types of finish. You are advised to always make a sample of the desired finish with the actual material obtained for your project.

All additives shown below are 100% natural, they can be ordered seperately or with Tierrafino clay plaster.

Straw > 10 mm Sienna sand 1.2-1.8 mm Mother of Pearl 0.8-1.2 mm Runkel red sand 0-1 mm Nero Ebano sand 1.2-1.8 mm Black Glimmer 0.8-1.4 mm

By mixing in additives, Tierrafino clay plaster can give a somewhat rural effect with straw, or a subtile sparkle by adding Mother of Pearl.
